4 Asus Tight-budget and 4-5 Stars Rated Laptops You Can Buy Online

When it comes to selecting among most popular computer brands, Asus may not come to mind especially if you’ve not seen people using their machine around.

It’s easier to be HP fanboy if you’ve not tasted other laptop and desktop makers.

I personally live in the HP's and Dell's world for so many years before I picked an Asus laptop – definitely on promo. But I was so surprised to see that Asus has been my best buy in the last 12 years I'd been buying and using laptops.

In fact, this post was typed and first displayed on my beloved Asus EeeBook X205TA.

If you want to consider buying Asus laptops perfect for students, professionals and businessmen and women, Asus is the best bargain you part your cash with.

You have it all with a laptop that gives you all comfort of handling, usage, charging, zero-maintenance, durability, and premium-looking.

Below is the list of 5 Asus laptops you can buy at a price less $350 (#90,000 - #120,000).

1. ASUS Mini Transformer

Just as cool as my Asus EeeBook, Mini Transformer is comfy to grip. You won’t have any difficulty in handling your laptop in any manner you prefer without causing any physical or internal damage.

With Windows 10, Intel Atom, webcam, Bluetooth and 500GB+32GB HDD, 2GB RAM in the memory department, you’re presented a powerful machine to handle all your daily and business projects.

Even though you can enjoy all the above in other machines, but it’s rear to have one that can give you about 12 hours of battery life.
If you're browsing enthusiast, music, and movies lover, presentation and documents worker, then you will need this 4 – 5 stars rated laptop.

You can, of course, detach the screen from the system unit, so you have a tablet separately. You can imagine all the possibilities with this little machine.

The only thing I may say you’re lacking in this laptop is its limited availability in the market or the 10.1” screen size if you love something too wide. But if you are adaptive, like me, you won’t want to go for anything less.

You can check if Jumia and Konga still have ASUS Mini Transformer in stock at a price less than $340 (#122,000)

2. ASUS Vivobook

I’m surprised at what Asus can give you at a price of $334 (#92,000) on Jumia and Konga even with a smart laptop packing:
  • Processor: Intel Dual-Core Celeron
  • Resolution (Display): 1366 x 768 (15”)
  • Display Technology: LED
  • RAM: 2GB
  • Hard Drive: 500 GB
  • Wireless: 802.11b/g/n Bluetooth

ASUS Vivobook doesn’t only give all the above, it’s also a widescreen machine with its 15.6” display.

It, as well, incorporates DVD+RW; a feature not common among laptops that weigh 1.9kg and this slimness.

Interestingly, the software department can be heart-touching. ASUS Vivobook’s vivid Mode optimizes contrast for browsing photos or watching videos and movies; Eye Care Mode reduces blue light levels and is ideal when you're reading for long hours. Normal Mode has been tuned for daily tasks.

What else do you want from an elegant laptop that gives you more for bucks if you buy on Jumia or Konga?

3. ASUS VivoBook X541SA

If you need more RAM for gaming, artistic and engineering works, this should be your take provided you can afford a little more.

ASUS VivoBook X541SA is a less than $334 (#120,000) elegant laptop with 4GB of RAM on Jumia and Konga while retaining all features of ASUS Vivobook X540NA (above).
